Great win for Irina on home ice. The crazy thing is she won with an invalid jumping pass (she did three 3Lo). The last few jumping passes were a little wild and she fell behind her music, resulting in a slightly aborted final spin but no one could match her fight or fire.
this female commentator was so biased against Michelle and seemed to be pining for Rochette and Kostner - good that the other commentators were more honest
I keep thinking there was something wrong with the ice. The ice should be cleaned more often. Michelle Kwan does not fall. Too many falls and too many mistakes for most of the skaters. I think I heard that the men's program was a disappointment. Sasha skated very well, as did Carolina. IRINA DESERVED THE WIN.

If the music copyright owners got paid for their music to be broadcast, there would be no problems. The performers have to pay a copyright fee (or get permission) to use it, but the audience does not pay anything to get to hear the music. That is why copyright owners don't often allow for their music to be distributed to people on CZcams. I'm guessing down the road that there will be a fee for people to access the music in some way.
