Natalia Dyer is 27 and she plays Nancy Wheeler who is 17/18.
Sadie Sink plays Max Mayfield and Caleb Mclaughlin plays Lucas Sinclair and they are both 19 but are playing 15/16 year olds. Although Joseph is much older than his character Eddie, it's not gonna be very obvious.
