Hello, it just came to me and I am trying to load it but there is no way. When you connect it to the power, the light on the cable stays on and after a while nothing has been charged. What I do? : /
I have connected it in several sockets and it does not charge me, apart from the red light does not go as it says in the instructions, I have to say that it is new. What am I doing wrong?
