Thanks to you I have been influenced to try pilates. can u talk a little more on what to expect as a beginner maybe even about costs etc? would love to see clips but I understand u can't film in public like that others won't like it.
if you search "reformer pilates" you should get a pretty good feel for what it looks like! it's really beginner friendly as you can pick what resistance/springs for exercises. at my studio as well there are people of all body shapes and ages which i love :) it can be pretty pricy but it depends a lot on the studio and how often you want to go. there's not a lot of cost outside of classes though, you just need some good grippy socks!
I’m going through fertility stuff too and all of my friends and family are pregnant. Totally relate to you feeling alone cause same girl. It’s been one of the toughest seasons of my life. You aren’t alone. ❤
if you are in a fantasy romance mood def try zodiac academy I know u read the first book. Books 1-5 are very binge able! super fun, popcorn, non serious reading! n Darcy's romance is S tier n angsty! it's like my version of reality tv lol

i usually recommend sizing up 2x if you like a baggy fit!
