Speaker tower next to an air field or speaker tower for place where they guard is for migs who do not have full health.
If you put them on guard mode , they leave without fully healed.
I think it's worth it. But not sure which one.
2nd'd...if you're gonna go MiGs, gotta put a speaker tower on the airfield - makes reload times WAY quicker and MiGs are fully healed by the time they're re-loaded.

Migs with black napalm only need 2seconds to reload right?
If you're China Infantry, an Attack Outpost works even better, since they're stealthed when stationary, they detect stealthed units from a long way away, and you can use them to defend their airfields as well.
