Fun tip - You can also play these as 8th notes in 4/4 across a bar and a half. Just start your fill on the 3 of the bar before and count 3+4+1+2+3+4+ instead of 1PL2PL3PL4PL. It'll change up the feel of each fill though. Practice them both ways with a click.
