In the 80's we learned to dance Breakdance only by watching and praticing by yourself. It would be great if we would have had a gym and breakdance training.

Whaa? Breaking is evolved. Now, muscular approach to do dance-battles don't actually work. Real artists can squeeze out new moves with enough training and thinking.

Когда я занимался брейком, то приходил в зал и все крутили что умели. Физических, специальных упражнений не делали. Как на секции мма гдея потом занимался
Но это неправильно тк не было прогресса.
Вот такие занятия помогут ребятам подкачаться и улучшить физическую форму
Дружище нужны не "вот такие" разовые курсы по физической подготовке, а целые спортшколы как для спортсменов-олимпийцев , в которых как раз под контролем профессиональных тренеров и врачей будут учить лучших из лучших.
А это разовая показуха для раскрутки бренда ред булл, напоминаю что это фирма производит ЭНЕРГЕТИКИ -САМЫЙ ВРЕДНИЙ ВИД НАПИТКОВ, это даже быстрее алкоголя вас убьет при регулярном питье.
Энергетики оооочень сильно сажают сердце и почки.
Решение очень простое , нужны государственные вливания больших денег для открытия полноценных спортивных школ, а не частные конторки которые сдирают с родителей огромные деньги.
Как в Китае например, там тысячи БЕСПЛАТНЫХ спорт школ для детей из семей с разными доходами.
