I’m absolutely enthralled with Lauren’s performance. I have always loved her since American Idol, and will continue to support her in everything that she does.
However, at the same time, I’m quite appalled and absolutely gobsmacked with the amount of hatred that has been shown in the comments section from some of you people who claim that Lauren is something that she really isn’t. You have called her multiple names saying she’s a bully and a mediocre singer and that she’ll never get far in the music industry. Let me be brutally honest about this to you guys and for anyone hating on her. What YOU said about someone else is a reflection of yourself and your issues. In order to mature, you need to learn to understand yourselves and your likes and dislikes a little more clearly which is by understanding why you dislike someone or someone’s music (Lauren’s songs included). Hiding behind a computer and putting her down by making up lies saying that she’s a bully and a horrible singer that doesn’t deserve to go through successfully with her musical accomplishments, doesn’t make you cool, it makes you a damn coward, nothing less. I have nothing but respect for Lauren in what she has done to show love for her beloved fans. If you guys can’t show the respect that Lauren really deserves, then I’m sorry to tell you this, but you have insecurity issues within yourselves that you need serious professional help for to improve, right away. Your rudeness and language is just despicable.
For those of you who are standing your ground towards the haters in the comment section and defending Lauren and her music, I’m sorry for what you and Lauren have gone through and I hope you know that I will continue to support you and will help you stand up for yourselves and for our beautiful artist, that is Miss Lauren Alaina, at all costs.

I watched the year she was on American Idol. I was rooting for James Durbin to win, but Lauren was one of my favorites too. Not only is she very talented, but just from observing the way she interacts with her fans, she seems really sweet and fun. I am actually considering getting a VIP ticket to one of her concerts someday so I can meet her myself.

These people are so miserable with their lives and have probably been through their own traumas so they think that projecting their miseries and insecurities out aggressively through a fuel of anger is what’s going to make them feel better about themselves but, in the long run, the fun won’t last for them. I don’t know Lauren personally, but I know of her music and have been rooting for her since American Idol and DWTS and I love her for who she is both as an artist and as a person. I’d be more than happy to go great lengths to actually attend her shows whether or not I know the words to all her songs, because I love her so much. I echo your sentiments.
