i also am of view that the 12th house can bring gains. it is the house of everything else. it's where things come from "out of the blue". it's the room behind the magic door. exalted venus is spiritually inclined, but is also the key to being able to enjoy material wealth. the 12th house is where you are able to get away it all and immerse yourself. it's the last house; it's the finish line where you finally win. i love the 12th house. i am aries lagna so jupiter is my 9th and 12th lord. i have jupiter in 4th house cancer, and so jupiter is casting its 9th aspect back onto it's own house in the 12th. i just started my jupiter antardasha under my sun mahadasha (where my sun and is in my 9th house in sagittarius, ruled by jupiter). i hope for a rise in life, i really need it now.

I have exact Saturn/Jupiter conjunction in Virgo together with my 9th ruler Moon in my 12th house. My 12th lord - Mercury conjuncts within 1 degree Mars -my 2nd lord in Capricorn which is my 4th house where is my Sun - 11th lord. I was broke, I was a millionaire, then I was broke again and now hopefully I'm on my way to wealth again. I'm about to start Saturn dasha which I hope will bring positive results.

Thank you for doing so many videos on the 12th house. I'm at the end of my Rahu dasha this year and have been looking for more information about my Jupiter Dasha. I'm a Sag rising with Jupiter retrograde in my Scorpio 12th house (anuradha nakshatra). Looking at my past Jupiter antaradashas I have sometimes gained unexpected money. But I'm a little nervous about this Dasha period as my Mars is combust in the 6th (taurus). This video does show me a connection with my 9th lord Sun and my 12th lord Mars, but with the combustion it doesn't seem like a good one. Mars dasha and antaradashas have been quite erratic. For example I just moved into my Rahu-Mars in April and the day after my car was rearended, which ended up totaling it, and then I damaged the rental a few days later which will cost me an annoying amount of money, and now I have no car (my old one wasn't worth a lot) which means I have to change my work bc I used my car for work. So, yh Mars has never been very good to me.
Jupiter Dasha in 12th is always explained as moving to foreign lands, husband, bed pleasures, spirituality, and debt/expenses. I have zero interest in any of that (except spiritual) and all I want is a business I enjoy, enough money to live on, and investments. I spent Rahu researching everything, not working, mental health problems, isolating, obsessed with occult subjects, and being poor. I have Venus in 8th and Jupiter in 12th so I know I'll always be interested in occult things, but I've studied so much I'm just tired of it now and would rather understand finance better and actually make money to be able to make it work for me in investments. It's like my Rahu and Jupiter are flipped or something compared to what is always said about their placements normally.
I will wait. My Mars Antardasha begins in June 2029. Mars is in Scorpio in the 9th house, is the lord of the 2nd house and is in the saturn nakshatra that rules the 11th and 12th houses. Let's wait for what the stars bring me.
I wonder, in this case, do the ASPECTS of planets also count? (in the houses that you mentioned)?
And also, can we look for these interconnections of houses in D9 chart as well (in the same order of houses or not)?

I am a Taurus ascendant and I have Venus with Mercury in the 2nd house, Gemini. Saturn (R) with Jupiter in the 5th house, Virgo. I.e; I have the owner of house 1 in house 2, with the owner of houses 5 and 2. I have the owner of house 9 and 10 in conjunction with the owner of houses 11 and 8. Is this good for generating wealth? I am in Jupiter's Mahadasha until 2027. After that, I will enter Saturn's Mahadasha (R).
