Man this is deja vu watching this. Same situation on same door but i ended up changing my bottom hinge on that back door and it worked for me. My front door i had to change pins and bushes. Took me 4 years from start to finish to get mine back on the road. Similar colour to yours not quite blue and not quite green.
Rear doors on 4 door sedans are a pain. After mill thickness of primers and paints, the usually chip. The gaps are way too tight. Before any front door adjustments are made, new hinge pin bushings should be installed. Doors need to be loaded with all the parts because of the weight. It makes the door sag. The stainless trim on Belairs at top of door can be adjusted to make the lines match up. You'll have to bend on the window frame to get it perfect.
thats not a vega those doors are very adjustible put the hammer away the back doors do have tight tolerances loosen the hinges at the door it self not the pillar ones

It was a pain for sure! I have some other ideas once I get back to it to try.
