While they may sting, I highly doubt she is too worried about what stupid trolls say about her. She is the one on a hit show. She's a lovely person. All it is is trollish jealousy on their parts. for all of you hating on chrissy. If you look at other pics of her, she definitely has lost weight. It's actually in her contract for this is us to lose some weight. I think the outfit she is wearing in this video is just unflattering for her which makes her look heavier than she is.
srt42893 not hating but I don’t think she lost any weight since season 1 though. Maybe because she struggles with fat shaming which is unhelpful and unnecessary! Causes depression/anxiety and destructive behaviour like overeating. Hope she manages to overcome it and start losing some weight soon.

This is us is my absolute favorite show. I love the story and every character just AHHHHHH
People make the decision to change their lives every day. I have seen people make tremendous changes in their lives after living a certain way for many years. For important health reasons she should keep trying to lose weight and never give up, no matter how many setbacks she has, because one day she will make it, but the only way she will, is if she keeps trying. She serves as an inspiration to anyone who has let their weight get in the way of living their dreams, because in spite of her weight and the criticism she knows she may face for putting herself out there, she still goes in front the world on nationwide T. V. and lives her dream by sharing her talent with the world. She’s real and kind and courageous in so many ways. Let’s support her and hope that one day she will be able to lose the weight too.

As someone who struggle with my weight, I feel so sorry for her and I am no where her weight. I'm 15 kg overweight. I am tired all the time and I have a lot of discomfort. Imagine being this heavy. I hope she can get some help eventually. She might have other issues that make it difficult for her to loose weight.
I'm a pretty fit guy, and im exercising with a 10 kg training vest and man it's heavy stuff,... so i can't imagine wearing a 50kg(or more) vest all the freaking time. Her heart will die soon
