No I strongly disagree agree. I'm a fan, don't get me wrong but this album sucks. I was expecting more of them and they let me down. That's cool that you dig it, I was hoping for a harder sound. An evolution and they didn't deliver. They set the bar very high when they came out and I mean...come on...now covering The Sound of Silence?" Granted they nailed it...but I'm metal for life.
This album stayed in the CD player in my 79 trans am for life 4 months straight on repeat the summer I was 18 (2003)

I would have to say that it's part of the reason why I think that Dan Donegan is part of the best guitarists amongst the 2000's rock bands (there aren't that many as known and yet, he still gets overlooked somehow!)

Yep Totally happened to me with a married Hippie chick in 2006. For real, but I was able to get control of my addictions after that. And heard this album shortly after. Bailing out on her. I woke up.👍😎

All my friends are addicted to weed and i did it for a short period of time before i saw i became more aggressive if i dont use it so i stopped using weed and doubled my cigarette use to keep calm and my friends followed soon after

this track is underrated and down with the sickness is overrated af.
I mean Down With The Sickness is a great song but it's definitely not they're best song, they're are songs by Disturbed that are significantly better than Down With The Sickness.
And I'm also kinda mad that that's the song Disturbed is most known for while they have so many great bangers.
@@VampireA1056Tbh same. Don’t get me wrong, DWTS is iconic along with the rest of the Sickness record, but imo, Disturbed has definitely improved after that album’s release with tracks like Prayers, Remember, Stricken, Just Stop, and so much more.

I like several songs on this album, this one much more than the others.... however the vocalist's voice live is very bad. I think it's sad to look for songs from live bands and realize that the bands only exist because of the mixes
