Thank you Raymond you’ve made my Children’s Christmas Merry!!!
WOW! Thank you! your comment is what keeps me goin....
He used a harness hes a pussy
@@fastfoodcritic4353 your name sounds like you're an obese pussy so which is worse. What's wrong moron? You don't make enough money to afford a 10 or 30 hr OSHA cert so you could really start making a lot of money? You're the kinda bum ppl hire for $8/hr and make you work like a slave. Any job site, Union or otherwise where guys are making serious cash- use harnesses. Fools don't use ppe
Well I there Raymond! How is Raymond doing?
Wow
The ones laughing are the same losers that will try to bring you down when you’re trying to do something different. Good job with the video man!
thank you for commenting! be sure to share and subscribe! Ray
Right! The ones who do things differently will move up and get promotions and if not that will be self starters in other areas.
@@mehdirahan6943I do things differently. Mainly by just ignoring OSHA

I watched this video in 2016 and it helped a lot! Thanks again! Great video
Jamel Jones thank u for that
Cherry picker. I've driven them for 5+years now. The versions I've driven have the ACR switch underneath the forward/reverse stick. IR wire guided auto-aligning is very useful, especially if you're navigating a narrow aisle.
" Hey so who's watching out for the supervisor" Raymond H. Your a beast
going to job interview tomorrow watched your video several time thanks for the help
Im glad that this video exist cause on Wednesday is my huge day and im soo nervous attending there. Thanks for sharing!✨

Great Job, Raymond! these helps lots of people.
Samuel Asgedom you got it.
i drove many kinds of bigger fork lifts ,but wondered about those models, good video, thanks.
Thank you Raymond. I learned some good lesson on Order Picker operation today. O don't appreciate though the giggling in the background. He's nuts.
Thanks for liking and commenting. My guys r very childish lol
Great Job Raymond. I have been training on the OP at the big orange box. Love this machine. Don't mind the children's comments below. As an adult I enjoyed your video. There is nothing wrong with having a few laughs at the warehouse.
Thank for the positive response Kennth 👍 it's a pleasure sir
Everybody loves Raymond, greetings from Australia
thank you! I just got my Order picker license today and I am working on the counter balance forklift and narrow aisle reach truck. this is very helpful so I can keep good safe habits and learned a few tips that was not taught to me (yet).
Fantastic!
Thank you Raymond! I'm a translator working on texts related to forklifts and your videos help a lot.
Ayse great. Let me know if you need more help.
@@raymondharlall I always need help. Right now I'm trying to understand the term "shuttle fork". Is it the same as telescopic fork that extends or does it move differently?
Ayse great question. I’m not familiar what they one. What particular machine are you referring to
I drive just about every thing that Raymond builds. Good video

Good work on the Raymond, Raymond!
Great video, keep up the great work
thank you for watching
I am from SAP background. I am trying to learn SAP Warehouse Management System. Everywhere everyone is teaching through MS Excel, Power point which is little bit hard for me understand bcoz i was not able to visualize the things. Ex. for picking i was not able to visualize what is picking in terms of SAP WM. So I searched for real WM scenario and I came across your videos and it helped me a lot to Visualize the thing. Thanks and good work. Please make so many videos like this. Tell that laughing guy to laugh more in your videos so that we can laugh too while studying..
thanks i needed this

I need some advice man . I got my license and certifications from a training course in town and I thought I'd be able to land jobs . But every temp agency in town wants experience as well and idk how to get experience without the job! Any advice you can pass onto me? I really wanna be a forklift driver and make good money.
+Kenneth Kenneth see the comments for respond. I wanted everyone to see the answer. Might help others as well. Thank u great question.
Awesome video!!
Great crash course video. Thanks. Watching before my orientation, for a refresher. Tell your co-workers to stop giggling like little girls, during your videos.
christopher jackson lol. Good luck my friend. Thanks for leaving a comment
I love both Raymond's!
Thank you Raymond.
It's really easy to use for order pick forklift at home depot for pick up the packages put in on top shelf every bay.

Bro, you told me more about the reach truck operation than my supposed training class 🤣
Really informative video.
Thank you for this video . I had my first training session today , and I'm trying to get used to the steering wheel . Hopefully I will do better the next training session .
Ahh so that's how you operate an order picker. Tomorrow night will be my first day of training at Amazon. You made it look so easy...thanks! 👍😃
I don't think Amazon uses these much at all. I worked at a fulfillment center for almost 2 years. They use Crown RCs primarily and for the ones that have racking they a Crown TSP. Center riders are also used for some stuff. This is all dock work though, there's only a few people usually who drive on the dock. Most people are gonna be doing kiva stow/pick or in the outbound department doing packing.
Some Amazon facilities use Raymond because Crown wasn't able to process the intense amount of orders Amazon needs for all the new places they open, and still be able to fulfill all their other customers. Unfortunately the one I worked at was one of the sad receivers of Raymond equipment.
@@Jaker788 actually yes they do..we have order pickers that go 40 feet in the air, they're identical to the ones in this video
@@Jaker788 I work at the new facility in Riverside CA that is mostly "PIT" contained with only a small packing and picking sections. I found out on the day of training that I will be packing instead of operating a order picker or as they like to call them a "PIT" machine. But my co-workers who have driven these pieces of equipment, said that it's pretty scary since they wobble a lot, especially when you're way up in the air!
@@daliablack9863 Is this a specialized FC? Like for big items or certain types of items?
Dalia Black exciting. Everyone has a first day.
I like to see how warehouses operate around the world and I came across your video's Raymond and had a cool time watching them all. I work in a very modern system driven warehouse with the latest technology in South Africa. PS don't worry about the haters, everyone's a critic.
awesome! ill be back in SA in August
Great video thank you 👍🏾
Thank you
Hey guys! Click on this for a video on wearing the Harness properly >>> czcams.com/video/72LicicxyHk/video.html
I learned how to use this equipment today and my trainer said that if I were to test the tether by jumping like Raymond did, the tether would likely have to be replaced since there is are red stitches sewn in to it to indicate whether it's been compromised.
I've always been told that once a harness supports your weight then it goes in the trash. I dealt with a lot of man lifts for a rental company and that was the rule.
So I have an interview for a picker job I lied to get, thanks to your video I now have the confidence to call and let them know I ain’t bout that life. Thanks Reymound
just be careful and safe until your are confident and be sure to play it forward and always be willing to help the new guys
Raymond Harlall Thanks Ray👍🏽
Raymond Harlall I got a job with northern tools as I was able to fake the funk thanks to you. Wish me luck and thanks man.
lol. maybe it was different four years ago but there would be no reason to lie for a picker position now. warehouses and other places that have picking positions have such high turnover rates, they'll hire anyone.
@@RideTheSkies I really wanted this job, they were looking for experience. I'm still here and accident free.
Thank you really helpful information I start my new job on Saturday as cherry picker driver ☺️☺️
thank you for you comment. I really appreciate you. Be sure to support my channel by Subscribing :) Raymond
I sure can Kenneth... U have to do it the same way all experience drivers does it. U need to go to a job as a material handler/ labourer and during brakes and lunch or last half hour of work ask the supervisor to have someone train you... But u gotta work real hard as a material handler so the supervisor will like u. Another plus is to look for a afternoon or night shift. As operators become more experience they move to the day shift thus leaving space for more operators at night. 3 more new videos coming soon
+raymond harlall I understand it's just I'm trying to get a job without doing that...I've done general labor positions before and it really wasn't something I was very interested in and the pay isn't very good either...Thank you for your advice hopefully I will land a job soon since the place I got my training and license at is also partnered with many employers that hire directly from them and their new drivers...
Started off doing container unloading and wrapping pallets, and used to asked the supervisors if I could jump on the counter balance. Slowly they started giving me more driving time and been on order pickers full time for the past six months. Still jump on the counter balance and reach every now and than so that I dont lose touch.
First couple of months is hard but it gets you there. My counter balance instructor had said to me when I got my license "The license does not mean you know how to drive, it means you now start learning" Everyday you learn something new, every machine handles differently, so you have to adapt, but thats what makes it more fun..
Tafazul Gani awesome! Thank you for sharing 👍
Raymond Harlall Hello where are they located I would like to work if I have experience in several things
@@raymondharlall hey bro just wanted to say thank you man, just got a job whipping this truck. Keep being a boss and thanks for helping a brother out man for real👊

thank you
Very cool. I am in my 7th hour of training at my company.
All the best Tammany 👍. I'm glad to be of assistance
WOW GOOD VID. RESPECT.
I just started at amazon two days ago and they tried to assign me to use this machine . Safe to say I had a hard time with it and they moved me to hazmat stowing lol
Useful Information, thanks brother
You job is awesome

I applied for order picker operator with a forklift license, so I came here to see how you operate it. I'm gonna have 1-2 days training for it, so wish me luck guys!
Got lied to 😅 I needed to get licensed, which I will do for April 8th 2023
You need to be the supervisor 😆 great job
I just got a job and I have to do this the entire shift and I never done it before lol
lil keystone everyone has a first day
The warehouse I work at has a 🧲 strip on the floor parallel to the shelves that synchronize the order picker adjacent to the shelves so you could just Coast. Only thing I'm afraid about is tail whips cuz we have a cage instead of a pallet attached to ours or the pickers I believe the job we do is called kitting it's a badass job enjoy it
hehe i love the free training session here beh hehe. looking forward for you to learn on my sessions as well hehe
