  • Dont worry, you can still have dental implants, but there are different strategies for people who have very little bone.
In this video I will explain some of these, I have focussed on full mouth dental implants, rather than dental implants for a few teeth.
If you would like more regular information about cosmetic and implant dentistry, you can sign up to my practice mailing list, and I will personally write to you most weeks.

Thank you for this video Doctor. It was very helpful. My upper and lower arches were placed two months ago. The dentist/oral surgeon did the sinus lift on me. A few days later they placed the implants. I’m on a soft food diet for the next couple of months. I have another follow up appointment in two more months. Hopefully everything will be okay with the healing process.

Brilliant! No way I could afford such a thing but it’s nice to think that in my wildest dreams if I ever wanted to get implants to replace my regular partial denture it’s possible. Thank you.

I’m so glad i can shop around for dentists and find affordable options. I love my Mexican dentist in Los Angeles. He never touches my teeth. He just replaced the amalgam. He’s so conservative and cheap and my insurance covers it. I love him 🙏🏽

Thsnk you for your brilliant advice Dr Gurs.
I have advanced gum disease and have to have several teeth removed. Including a top middle tooth.
Im thinking about getting some implants, but being honest, there is no way i can afford the cost in the UK.
It would hsve to be one at a time with probably years inbetween each to pay for them.
    So naturally im looking abroad.
I know its counter intuitive as this is your job, but ARE there reputable clinics abroad? Say in Turkey?
Or do i just need to resign myself to not getting my teeth sorted fully for the next 5 or 6 years at a minimum?
    Thank you again Dr!

The training costs just within the Industry alone are staggering. The material costs within the Industry are staggering as well. No wonder private dentistry costs so so much!
Thank you for this informative procedure educational video.

    I am
Hopeless they told me - Nobody ever wanted to help me and I cried for years over this till i gave up on myself. I saw many dentists specialists that do this but nobody wanted to help me - It caused me a lifetime of unhappiness and depression.I wish I could see you to get your opinion.

Due to car accident 30yrs ago I wear full bottom denture. Sadly I lost a chunk of my bottom jaw under my 4 front teeth. It’s almost 1cm deep and 4 teeth accross. I’m looking at bone graft and implants as I’ve suddenly lost my smile. My bottom lip rolls in. I’m 50 and look 80. I’ll do whatever I can but is it even possible to fix?

Braces often require tooth extractions, many teens and me @ 16 has this. Should not result in face shrink, however not I regret in my case, that they pulled teeth, would never do that again had I known removing teeth not good.

Why do all injectable anesthetics contain Graphene Oxide and hydrogels?
I need teeth, was ready to get all-in-four top and bottom, but decided to accept my fate and forego all dental treatment due to graphene oxide in all dentistry.😢

I wouldn't waste your time going here. First impressions on going to dentist clinic not good didn't get appointment scheduled and wrong address. Reception not professional either or helpful 12hr round trip 150l£ waste of a day
