This was a phenomenal interview. Had me completely engaged the entire time. Also very cool to see Brad’s energy change throughout the episode when he realized how much he and Liver King have in common with their outlook on life. He had a healthy amount of skepticism at the beginning as anyone would when they first meet the Liver King

Liverking used to be my neighbor before moving to LK ranch. To answer Brad’s question yes he has always been like this. He helped me with my workouts and diet before he blew up and showed me his new brand “ancestral supplements” dude is the real deal.

Brad, I resonate with you on so many levels. And I really appreciate you talking about your father and opening up on a emotional level. I watched my father pass away right in front of me from a drug overdose. And hearing you open up about these struggles of loss, not feeling good enough, really warms my heart to know someone like you has experience these same things. Honestly gives me drive and hope to do better. Never change, showing your emotions make you more brave and relatable, more than you can ever know. Much love

Im really glad i watched this, i have a whole new respect for LK, a very intelligent human being, ive hiked for a better part of 20 plus years, the Appalachian mtns, across country from TN to Cali, using just a thin foam roll up pad as a bed and everything i need in a hiking pack, (medical gear, archery set, fishing gear, basic clothing, knives, mess kit, gasifier stove, tarp/small tent, bo staff) the basics to survive in whatever situation i get into, this was a great episode
i fr never thought brad would be that good of a podcast host (respectfully). the way he creates and maintains strong convos while being entertaining throughout the whole video is amazing

This is the best liverking podcast by a mile. Bradley and Liver King vibe hard the entire podcast. I can’t believe how amazing this two hours was. Bradley is an incredible podcast host and liver king is interesting as fuck when he gets off of the same old thing he says on every podcast. 11/10

Watching Bradley’s pod shows he is a real logical down to earth person
He’s a bit extreme but if you boil down his message its basically just to eat healthy, work out, get out in the sun and get enough sleep. All of that is great. Incredibly important. Exercising especially. It cured my panic disorder(i was getting horrific panic attacks regularly). It also cured my ear problems. I was having constant pressure in my inner ears due to supposed eustachian tube dysfunction and once i started working out regularly that disappeared as well. It changed my life. Saved my life honestly because i was really suffering and having some dark thoughts at certain points. But this guy seems to have a fear of toxins that goes maybe a bit too far. The whole not using deodorant and soap thing is 🤢 a bit much. He also seems a bit more extreme with his diet than he probably needs to be.
there's more to the message, eliminating xeno/phyto estrogens and other endocrine disruptors...
Soaps an these chemicals on our body are not good, theirs better ways but I agree I still use them to smell good. But there’s def ways without them.
It’s nice to see someone pointing out the extreme. This guy is into it but it’s not for everyone. You can be healthy and highly functional etc. by making sure you do the basics well. Becoming obsessed is not healthy either.
Very interesting guy though and I enjoy listening to him. We do live in a different time now though.

I’ve watched Bradley’s content on & off for many years , since the podcast has come out , I’ve watched every single one. This one is my favourite. Touching on the subjects the way you guys did , as someone who struggles with mental health and constantly in and out of the gym, I’ve got over weight and am completely unmotivated for so many years , so many failed attempts , this podcast has made me want to give it another attempt but for real this time , taking the proper steps. Very motivated!!!

Great interview. I can tell Liver King has been through a bunch of Anthony Robbins trainings. He mentioned Robbins a few times during the interview but the question about sleep apnea at the end was also a Tony Robbins answer. Motivation / inspiration doesn’t last. “I wanna lose 10 lbs” doesn’t work because you need a why with it. “I wanna lose ten pounds so I can ______.”
