I changed the license plate screws and nylon pieces on both cars the same day since I was putting new license plates in both vehicles. We had moved to a different state. While I had the plates off, I washed and waxed, vacuumed and cleaned the windows. A couple days later, I get pulled over for a plate that didn't match the vehicle. My 5 year old son was helping me and he took the plates out to look at them but put them back in the wrong bag with the wrong registration. The Police officer got a chuckle out of it once we figured out what happened. That policeman joked with my son years later about mixing up the plates.

He seemed okay to me. Try having a 40-50 lb belt pushed up against your diaphragm while sitting in a car twisted to the right to work on a computer.

Trooper Elkins needs to break away from something that happens with experience and that is you become complacent he should have NEVER gone behind that truck while the driver is in the driver's seat let alone bend down where he lost complete sight of the driver he could have been shot, run over etc. But I'm guilty of it myself you make so many car stops that it becomes second nature and you lose that fear that should stay with you and puts you in a bad situation

in the UK, you must be a named driver on that vehicle's insurance or have fully comp yourself that specifically gives you liability insurance (3rd party, we call it) on another vehicle.
