Thank you aunty.it is really generous and kind of you to share this recipe.when ,on one hand, things are getting so commercial, people getting money-minded too,one has to really appreciate such efforts from your side in sharing such free recipes or secrets when you could have made it your personal product or copyright. It is very touching and homely and feels warm to see elders in such cooking videos, especially for children far away from home ,reminding one of the love and affection behind the efforts and continuous hard work of every dear mother or father ,out there, slogging for us without any expectation in return.it also brings back lot of fond memories of our childhood , activating our taste-buds too, thinking of favourite items or delicacies that were made at home .thank you again.be safe.take care.

@@sulochanaagarwal5398 the fermentation is required and it's natural and healthy full of probiotics, which are gut friendly. That is why most dieticians and nutrition experts recommend dosa and idli because of the fermentation. If you require instant you can use eno or soda. You can't have both . Natural way is best.

@@madhukatti7437 you can always put eno/soda to use them instantly. Most premix recipes except Gitaji's put them in the premix or while mixing.
I personally see no issue in fermenting the batter overnight as breakfast menu is usually decided in evening itself. And of course, Fermentation is always better than putting eno or soda. I am currently making rice rava using gitaji's recipe.

I am definitely going to try this out! We are very grateful for all the effort you have put into developing this recipe!
(Sidenote: I always like to add a clove of garlic and a pinch of jaggery in my groundnut chutney, that really makes it taste awesome!)

First of all you resemble my mother..so I just love watching your videos.
I shared idly recipe to my mother. She felt very happy. Thank you soooo much for inventing a good Dosa instant recipe for all working people like me. It helps me to make dinner ( tiffins) for my Mother- in- law.

Namaste maam. Thank you for the premix ideas. Normally we struggle a lot to make batter every time (generally in the evening/night) after all the day's work. It is very handy to just mix the powders in just 2 minutes and make the batter for next day morning. Thanks once again. Lots of love.

I tried earlier using store bought rice flour and urad flour, mixing in 1 to 3 proportion. It does not spread properly. Makes holes and stick lumps to ladle while moving in circular motion on the tawa. I appreciate you doing all the experiments and giving us the recipe! Thank you.
