Thanks for these videos. I’ve been watching them all. What was the cleaning/polishing bit in the drill?
It was a scotch brite attachment.

Great vid again - Seems to be two types of grease - newbies like me always want to know what type of product to buy - one was dk. grey and one was red?? Assume axle grease is one but if preferred types (not necessarily makes) are used, what would they be?? Always please let us know on liquids/cleaners etc. because nobody ever does!
Axle grease is good, if you have water crossings go with Belray waterproof grease.
Given this is a how to... Never hammer on ratchet. Use a breaker bar or impact driver if you have one. You can get 15 buck breaker bars all day long at Horrorfright. Save you ratchet
We let Jason bang his tools on his own dime haha! Good point though
What's the difference between using a grease gun vs a tub of grease
I have never sat on a dirtbike I weigh 210lbs live in Houston tx and am 6ft 4in is a 2002 yamaha 225 ttr good for me? Or should I save up to get a 2017 ktm 150 xc-w i plan on doing trail riding so I'm wondering if not having as good of a bike will make me less able to keep up with others on the trail and if so how much worse off will I be with the yamaha 225 ttr
Hi
👍👍👍
I was thinking about picking up a dirt bike just for wheelies, while doing research I came across that u would typically have to rebuild the motor every 100 hours or so when u race or trail ride frequently so I was wondering if that's about right or could I go a little longer if I'm just doing wheelies. Not saying I'm gonna neglect my bike but I wanna be smart about it and save money if I can ya know
Dirtbikes do not like that! They are made for the dirt, and should go wide open often. Wheelies require a lot of throttle blipping which is not very good for your engine (if you do it all the time at least). Just make sure you warm her up properly before every ride, and use an hour meter. Depends on the engine displacement and if it’s a 2 or 4 stroke ( 4 strokes can make more hours, less rpm’s, less wear)
Well hello there 👻
Didn’t clean the old grease out🧐
