The blue beanie complements the blue of your eyes, and the plaid coat should belong to someone like me (in NY) rather than you (in SOCAL)! Your "Christmas Eve with extended family" is probably going to set people whispering, "Wow! How daring!" (especially Grandma...oh, wait, I am a Grandma!). The pj outfit with the velvet and silky robes...love! You are so creative!

I wore an outfit almost identical to your patchwork jeans outfit, except in shades of brown and tan, on Thanksgiving! I had patchwork corduroy pants, a brown, tan and rose crochet vest from the 70’s, a white top with lace on the front and puffy sleeves, and my favorite Prada shoes (tan with flowers tooled onto them)! Your style must have rubbed off on me!!! So funny! I also have a Trina Turk crocheted vest in blue, black and white that looks very similar to yours!

I have to say, you take your outfits about 3 steps beyond what an average person would wear. This is sometimes a lot for me. For instance, I would never wear a lighter weight brocade with a thick ribbed knit. But you never fail to inspire and bring it all together in the end!
