What is about her natural color ? Do u just leave it or you put some color for her base ? What toner did you put in the front of the money piece ? Did u toner her highlight in the back too ?
You can lighten hair that light blonde from just toner?
No. You have to bleach the highlights first.
The toner was used to neutralize the unwanted brassy results done by the bleach !
