Fo many Alto del Angliru is not just the hardest climb of Spain, it's also the toughest climb of the planet. A monster located in Asturias that challanges the best cyclists of the world every year at La Vuelta. With slopes of over 20%, Angliru is an impossible for many amateur cyclists.

Great video. Next month I'll bikepack from Oviedo to Seville and I'm planning to take this climb as part of journey, the only thing to sort out is getting a place closer to the base of the hill to leave the bags.

Sorry to say that but it’s not the hardest climb of the world 😘 there are some more challenging climbs …
