The Lasher Handcycle doesn’t need a lot of intro. Here we are on delivery day, the Artic White beauty being introduced to its new owner Sue. This bike is destined for some serious initial workouts through the Redwoods in Rotorua, as well as the trails connecting Papamoa and the Rotorua Lakes. Following a series of Rail trails will be ticked off, as well as exploring the many MTB parks that now exist throughout NZ. With serious horsepower (1,000 watt motor peaking at 1,500), the levels of Power Assist will get you pretty much everywhere! 5 levels of Power Assist, alongside 12 gear options give you the ability to taper of the power and get the physical workout that you desire. I mean that is what mountain biking is all about right… using your body to propel yourself, so that you can really enjoy that post ride coffee/meal/endorphin/stories mix.
