Awesome Video. We are a rental shop as well. We started in 2021 with one mini excavator and 1 dump trailer. We had it stolen and from there we added trackers to them. We learned a lot overtime and now we are receiving our 3rd excavator tomorrow and we have 1 skid steer and a stand behind skid steer. You can tell you take really good care of your equipment which is number 1 priority because if your equipment isn't running no money is coming in. Wishing you the best, keep working hard!

regular cheap pressure washer is fine. just get some napkins and wipe all the grease off first then pressure wash. check offerup for used trailer tires and offer a cheap price and see if they take it. offerup only works in big cities or towns. also if they rent the dump trailer they are responsible for the tires. meaning if they sign the contract they agreed that the trailer is in good shape, and if a tire pops they have to pay.
Yes, I do occasionally wipe off the excess grease with paper towels! But it does take a lot of paper towels to clean all the grease up. I see some cheap tires for sale on Facebook marketplace from time to time but if they’re a good deal, they usually sell pretty fast.

For sure man make those bums pay for wear & tear on the tires. People will take advantage of your goodwill I can tell you're a good hearted person.

I have tried to join ARA. Didn’t meet the revenue requirements they wanted. I will have to add more equipment so I generate more revenue!

Maintenance is always time consuming but very important. I have the same Mini Excavator and it's a great machine

Could you put some weld hinges on the skid plate so you can easily drop one side down to clean it?

Hey Brandon how are you handling your equipment pick up. I think you had said also work full time.
Usually do drop off/ pickup in evenings! Not ideal but it’s really the only option I have right now.
Could someone possibly be switching tires out on you? Taking your good ones and putting on bad ones?
It could happen but my tire haven’t been switched I usally keep a pretty good eye on them and take pictures!
