Hands down, without a doubt THEE BESTEST example of how to start the braid/twist off!!! I have been trying to figure out this technique and couldn't get it...til now!!!! Thank you!!!!!!!
Good news, I learned to grip my hair and made the braids look slot more better and neater, thank you for teaching ladies how to braid their own hair and other people's hair. I appreciate it 😊👍🙂
Her hair is beautiful and thick!
Finally someone who shows how to part like that. I use a different technique to grip but always do box parts. Wanna try this beehive type part.
This is so beautiful and amazing! You are truly a great braider and you treat your clients hair nice! These techniques really helped! And since I'm a young hairstylist, I'll definitely be using these hair techniques down the road! Thank you so much!!!!
pre parting is a great ideal!

I just want my hair to grow like her clients hair before the braids. So healthy

I have been trying to do Senegalese twist & I think this video just saved my life💕 nice work
After reading some of the comments doesn't the title of the video say in paranethesis (HOW to grip the hair) so does the video need to be slowed down? 🙄. You showed several different angles on how to grip the hair.
Great job love keep up the good work!!!
+Tiff T00Pretty Awww thank you. I guess I can't please everyone. I was honestly thinking about not doing another hair video. But it nice seeing that someone people appreciate what I do thank you for your positive comment I appreciate it 😊😊😊

Francoise Vanony how many hours did it take to finish?
I love that you showed from start to finish and each step. I only wish that it truly only took about 10 minutes to complete. I'm going to try this on myself. Thanks for the amazing tutorial video.
Wow! You are a pro! This is one of the best tutorials I've seen. I really love your parting and gripping technique. I have issues when it comes to that. I'm going to try these techniques. Thank you for sharing.
Girrllllll I want you in my head if only we were closer. I'm a braider but I don't have time to do my own and you braid just like I like it. I'm picky bout my hair and it is gorgeous.
Latisha Hunt I feel you I am very picky when it comes to my hair also
Wow, you are very good. I think this is the easiest I have ever seen. That being said, it always looks easier than it really is. I will try this technique out. Thank you for sharing!
I really appreciate the time and care you put into your craft keep up the great work. Also her natural hair is so thick and full, very beautiful!
I have learned to grip the roots this way. It was the only way I could braid my hair in the front. So now I have two ways of gripping thanks to you...
Beautifully explained!!!!!!this has been the best video that I have seen on how to do these twist. I've seen quite a few and yours is the BEST!!!!! I'll be practicing on these ASAP!!!! Thank you again for sharing. May God continue to bless you and your work!
very nice, I've always had a hard time locking in the braid. I'm going to try your method. yes do a tutorial on twisting. Very Very pretty!!!
This is the best example of seen on CZcams. I’ve been looking for days. I did it myself and it worked! Thank you for sharing sis 😃
you did an amazing job, beautiful results
This technique seems so easy, I know I'll be able to do this on someone's hair. I definitely want to try this on myself, I hope I can grip my nape area.
Love your method I’m trying this on my head for the first time this weekend
I'm going to be braiding my hair myself and you definitely made it alot easier for me.... thanks 😆
I really liked this video! Got the idead & loved how you parted it! I just wish you showed how you head the hair before placing it on the client hair and the braiding but NICE.
Yesss girl!!! Please show how you twist the hair & also the individual ones.
Beautifully done !
I would love to see a video of how you go from the braid to the twist (although I think I understand how it is done from watching this video).
You know you can do some hair when your comb looks like that😂😂😂 Great Job💪🏽
Been searching for a detailed video on this , I'm so glad I came across this one. This will be very helpful when I do my twists. 😊
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE..make a separate video on how to start as a braid and transition to a twist! Her hair is beautiful btw😊
Hello! Recently I made an attempt to do my own rope twists and the results were OK...I can't seem to grip the roots well! The twists on your client look great 👍🏾. I would love if you made a slower version of this pretty please :-)
this is such a nice, clear video!! thank you!!
You should do a video on your parting it's so pretty and neat
+Alicia Wright I will love thank youu
Alicia Wright g
very good video, I've learned a fews things. Thanks. I would love if you could explain why you use certain products, like the mousse on the twist at the end. Awesome job...Thanks again!!
You make this look soo dern simple! I wish i was closer to you, but I will use your method to do them myself! They look GREAT! Thanks for sharing!
may have to try this on my own hair love the size looks easy
Awesome video!! You did an amazing job 🤗
Everyone's technique is different, you braid/twist really well, looks professional. Some people will catch on with your technique some won't, maybe doing a tutorial in slow motion, explaining more in detail would be great.
I like your parting technique.
Thank you very much for the video it was really good and you showed me a new way to prepare a client hair.
You made that look sooooo easy! Stylist to Stylist thanks for sharing!!!! They are beautiful!!!!!!
this was so relaxing to watch.
You are off the Chain!! I can do this braiding.. You have the best technique than any other. Easy to do and understand.. Love you! and thank you!
I’m going to try this style today so cute 😍
Hola como puedo contar tarte
Nice. I don't blame you with them pre parts
You're talented!!!!
So beautiful, could you please do a video on how to twist.
Hmm, so basically. she takes the stretched hair and splits it into thirds. one section is 1/3 of the hair and the other section is 2/3 of the hair. she wraps the sections around each other and the 1/3 section will meet to make 2/3. (now all the sections are equal in amount) the connected hair is held in a T shape, with each point of the T being a part of the braid. then just align the synthetic hair with the natural hair and braid as normal? . . . right?
+Cassandra yesssssss Cassandra thank youu for explaining it I appreciate it love
Cassandra . . What if I braid under hand? Would it make a difference
Why not just say she braids about an inch down then start to twist???
@@cilla4000 That's what im trying to understand. Im going to see if she has a video her doing her own hair.
@@Tjodi21 I don't think that's what shes explaining...shes explaining the technique of how she forms the hair "T" 3 strand method, and places it. The placement and how she wraps the hair is a little different than what Ive seen before, similar but still theres just something about it that im not catching and it might be different when you do your own hair because im trying to figure out how to switch the hand movements for when I do my own hair.
Can you do a beginner video on how to part the hair in this style and the direction of twisting.thank u
You just taught me how to twist 😮thank you ..
Looks beautiful!
your grip technique is very unique :)
Your twists are great!
I like how you parted the head before starting the twist. that's a good technique
Very cute hairstyle
hi. nice tutorial, love it. still learning how to twist her too just know the basic one. but I will keep on watching yours cause in my opinion you explain it better. Btw where are you based
omg! that is so smart to pre section it it seems like it goes by faster and easier
This looks so easy for me. Thanks
I like this , but can you show how to do it starting with the twist and not the braid?!
Great tutorial, i finally got it!! Thank you!!!
Don't start comparing the hair lol, your hair is just as nice😍
I Seriously did no get how to grip the hair properly before watching this vid - Thank you! 😍
Very Easy The Way You Showed This !
I can't believe you are in Dumfries va, I just left and moved back to Illinois, I was living in Quantico town. I wish I could have found your videos while living there!🤔😢
+1ycj lol awwwww
This is best grip video I've seen . Great job!
Im A braider my self But, i Have Always Wanted To Know How You Keep The Twist In Its form of twist. Soo. Fo you Mind on Make A Video On How You Do That?
Beautiful 😍 I do this 2 ways mysef. Wit me being left handed it's challenging tryna master different techniques
love this simple and short video. Most videos are long...and I still don't get it. 👍 👍
I prefer to twist from the root but this looks really good
How do you know how much hair to use for each section?
Well that simply would depend on the client and the size they prefer
I just grab more hair than the hair that is parted.
SELIMA that’s a great method
@@JoyJoy-oc7su thank you!
This is just what I have been looking for, thanks.....
Can you do a video on different typed of parting methods? There are so many. And yours are so neat! I have a hard time on clients with thin hair on edges.
that's a cool unique way to start
it's absolutely gorgeous!
Love your tutorial! You've got a new subbie 💜
This looked really pretty!
Awesome video. I learned something new today. I like to use the Afro puffy twist hair.
U did a great job
So basically, after you entwined the extension, you put the double strand to the right & the single strands to the left & in the middle, you twist around the hair to grip & start braiding...did I say it correctly? ☺
missladyzee44 jjj
I'm really going to attemp this on my daughter, I am not a braider/twist by far but I can I just don't as my hair is thick, her hair is thick and my youngest daughters hair is a totally different texture than this but I might try this...very nice job.
This really help me. Thanks. These look great
I'm actually getting my hair done like that at the end of april
Very neat work...
Nice very detailed
turn your speed to 0.5 if you want to see exactly how she attached the braid
This is cute how many packs of hair did you use ?
thank you this is perfect
Amazing job
Love this!!! Did even use product!
Just my she’s butter mix after I was done to moisturize her scalp
Those are bomb! Went fast and was so neat.
Such beautiful work!
maybe you should of told where to put to put the part and where they go because i cant just learn how to do it by watching you braid it , but other than that great 👍🏾
This is an awesome tutorial...i Braid @braidsmadebydorie & have had the hardest time having fellow braided teach me new skills ....so I appreciate the video very informal
