Bosch Rotaks are shite. From experience, they’re made to last about a few months after the warranty expires and then to the tip. Definately not German quality at all!
There is actually an easy fix under the nuts and bolts I would suggest you to look and see if there's any washers because where you connect the handle to the mower that should be set of washers and grip the handle properly
I got given one, same model and it was shagged in the same way. I ended up printing new parts for it and it's worked a treat since, but why on earth does anyone need to do that? Madness.
I've got 2 40 year old petrol steel mowers given to me from an old abandoned house they'd been sitting there rusting for years, restored them and they cut better than any electric or modern mower out there
Flymos are shite BVM. If your garden is big enough get yourself a petrol lawnmower...Obviously your garden isn't very big but for anyone else I would go with a petrol. Quality review as per.

Take off the bracket, put some tape round the bar and then re put the bracket on and tighten up the bolts. If it still waves round like a pig's dick then belt it down the road for the scrap man
