Yes all the time, I have ADHD. I have always wondered how meditating with crystals works on a neuro typical thinker as opposed to a neuro diverse thinker.
I want you to know that I got a lot out of this mediation. I've always been very drawn to tiger's eye and have a lot of pieces of it but never knew why. Through this I really related to letting life rush past me, not feeling any real intention, and needing confidence. I came out of this with a much more grounded and clear sense of self. I need to set some goals and I need to feel confident enough to achieve them.

I was going through a particularly difficult time this morning, (Anxiety) my first day back to university and your video really, really helped release my chest of its pain and tension, still feel like crying but feel a lot calmer. 😊. I started witchcraft yesterday and found a piece of tigers eye in my room. Then I thought about trying to meditate with the stone bc I wanted to try to meditate anyways bc I heard it’s good for performing spells so this was my first time meditating and it was great!
I have a little book of spells. I am still new to witchcraft which got me thinking about a question and one in which I couldn't find a definitive answer, is witchcraft a religion or a way of life? X

It’s the first time I’ve meditated with tigers eye. I pictured the Boulder on a Sandy beach even before you said it. Also a pure white horse approached me. An amazing meditation. Thankyou.
Near the end of the meditation I clearly visualized the face of a tiger. I really like this one!

i could picture the sun beaming down on me so easily! and how the warm boulder would feel on my skin. im really excited to start my journey with tigers eye! the scenario i was drawn to most was thinking of my future and making decisions about that in highschool, i cant wait to see what my journey with tigers eye will be!! :)

I don't include meditation music because the intent is to very careful observe our inner experience as it relates to the gemstone and the prompts and music will distract from that. I started feeling a tense tightening feeling in my throat, this happened to me with another stone too (rhodochrosite)...I am new to meditating with stones, do you know why this happens to me?
Other then that this was a great first tigers eye meditation experience for me..I envisioned myself with so much confidence and success, I loved what I saw and how I envisioned myself. Thanks!

anytime i meditate with crystals im usually calm but for some reason this time it was my first meditating with tigers eye, and i just couldnt concentrate much. i was also sort of like restless im not sure why but i kept having to move

I jist ordered one without seeing this video first.. It drew me in its in the shape of a pyramid... I am trying to learn tarot right now so i got the rider Waite deck n so i was looking at crystals too.. N the tigers eye caught my attention so im waiting for it to come in .. I cannot wait... N now i know why o was drawn to it.. Becuz i need to be grounded n this sounds like something i need now that i watched ur informative video on tigers eye.. So im gonna do this meditation once I get the stone cuz i feel like it would work a little bit better for me.. N be more effective thank u...also what's weird is that the day i ordered that stuff. I decided to find out where tarot came from.. N it said they think it came from the book of the dead.. Egyptian background... Which is crazy that i was drawn to the pyramid shaped crystals.. N just ordered one n then find out that it originated from the Egyptians.. Ive always been into Egyptians n pharoes n all of that stuff. So its just crazy how all of this is coming together for me... All good signs saying that im on the right path. N thats all i wanted
