3 years ago I had a knee injury that required reconstructive surgery. The therapy afterward hurt even more than the injury itself. Recovering is no joke, but now I’m back better than ever and can do literally everything I could before and more. You got this man!
I had a knee injury a year and a half ago. I also needed surgery and I agree with you recovery is the hardest part but after my injury i could not bend my knee fully and I still cant do it because it was broken in 4 different places

Physical therapy is very intense stairs are most intense. I had partial knee replacement surgery in December prior to I had reconstructive and 2 scopes finally I'm on track. Push thru the pain of physical therapy and you will appreciate the outcome.
Make sure to do a MRI and visit a specialized doctor to check ligaments and everything inside! I hope you have a good recovery as soon as possible! Take care

WHATEVER you do in terms of dancing now - if you can even risk it. Be patient. Patience is THE most important virtue my friend and the hardest for us as young men full of vim and vigor and "can't be stopped" fortitude to embrace! However, there is nothing more important to your future happiness and longevity here on planet earth than guarding your physical integrity and protecting your "Temple of the Lord" that God gave you to carry you through your life's journey. Trust me. We will be here patiently waiting for you, looking forward to your full power even more glorious and magnificent than before return but use commonsense and don't just think, "Well, it's probably OK now." When the time truly is right that it is safe you will know without doubt. Listen to that still small voice from within - to God speaking quietly to you as he does (or tries!) to speak to all of us if we will only shut the hell up and listen to Him! Take care. I remember when I was hospitalized for pulling my IT BAND and having a hip bursitis, at the ripe age of 23 I had a cane, was getting injections. The only thing that actually helped was going to the gym and doing my own exercises. (Even after Ortho and physio).
