Me and my niece just tried this, and they came out perfect. I made mine with garlic pepper seasoning and she chose lemon pepper. I cooked mines a little longer, and I also used mustard, corn starch, and baking powder. They came out so good 😋! Thank you for sharing! 😍 God bless! ❤
Those do look good. I usually use 1/2 tsp backing powder for 2 pounds. I also like to put it on the wings before I add the other seasonings. Baking powder ready does do an amazing job of crisping them up.
This recipe has become a staple item in my keto diet. I will have these at least once per month. They come out nice and crispy with excellent flavor. I will dip them in Primal Kitchen Buffalo Sauce OR I will make my own buffalo sauce this is easy, less expensive, and better tasting (nothing but melted butter and Texas Pete hot sauce). I have chicken legs marinating in the fridge as you speak. Going to try the baking powder trick before air frying. Legs are so much cheaper then wings.
Hey hun I will tell you a secret that I learned a long time ago I live in Florida and we do a lot of fishing and fish are always better when you make sure it's dry I had a salad spinner given to me as a birthday gift I didn't use it for a while and then after going scalloping and being impatient I saw it and thought will that should work it does it works very well like anything else you just don't want to overload it but it really is worth it

I spice them up usually with the spices you are using and drizzle them with coconut aminos. And dip them in Blu Cheese dressing baby. Can you please make us a blu cheese recipe too? I used to make Suzanne Somers blu cheese dressing but cant find it any longer. I am looking for healthier options than Litehouse, which is my favorite. Thank you dear.

After washing in apple vinegar & drying the chicken off and using my seasoning and your baking powder secret the taste and texture was amazing 👍
You don’t need to wash chicken. Do you wash your other meat?
