What was your favorite Cricut Project?
First time I actually got to see the mini press to know the size and to see it in action. Wow. Dear Cricut Company you should send Crystal Ann a thank you for having me go to the Spotlight near me and buying a Cricut EasyPress Mini
Thank you so much for this demonstration. Great tips! I just took my cricut easy press mini out of the box and needed to watch a video to get an idea on how to use it. You did a great step by step.
I'm planning to do some lanyards with mine! It's PERFECT for lanyards!
I'm interested in using one for towels and pillow cases. Thank you for taking the time to demonstrate 🙂
Awesome video, I love it and I learned allot, thank you so much beautiful for cheering with us your wonderful ideas.
Thanks for doing this video. Very helpful, creative and thoughtful.
Honestly amazed about what I can use my mini press for first time ever having a Cricut ahhh so excited
Struggling with my iron when I don’t wanna get my heat press out or can’t because of the type of project but couldn’t justify a easy press but I GET IT NOW!! Thank you for your tutorial!
So many great ideas!!! ❤️. Gotta get me one just for granddaughters hair bows.
Thank you this video helped me so much!
I’m new to the world of Cricut press and I ordered my very first mini
Super cute! I can’t wait to get one 😁
I love your video!! I have so much to learn. I just ordered a Cricut and heat press. OMG!!!!
Awww thank you I'm soooo Excited for you woot woot!!!!
I just got mine too. Lol I haven't done a lot with it but everything I have done is amazing! Now my sister and daughter wants the maker. It wouldn't have anything to do with me talking about it incessantly lol I haven't used the easy press yet...I'm scared lol but have cut alot of paper and some vinyl. LOVING :-)
Love this! This is awesome!
You are a very good teacher very detailed love it I can't wait to start.
I was wondering about that exact Easy press. I wish it reached a higher heat level for small projects using sublimation ink. Thanks for such an informative video, as always!
Your so welcome ❤️
Thanks for sharing. I would love to have it, but even at $49 at Walmart, it's too expensive for my budget. I guess I will have to wait and keep using my iron of Easy press 2 6x7 size. Love your videos.
Eventually Cricut will have a sale and maybe they will have a great deal Black Friday
Thank You This Video was Extremely Helpful
Like this little easy press!
Awesome thanks 🌹
Great tutorial! To the point and not to wordy. Thank you for sharing
I absolutely love it , so many projects you can complete with this press machine , very cute compact , light weight for easy transport , you can take with you while traveling or visiting friends and have fun with them making projects.
Thanks so much 👍
Really cute 💡!
Super cute tutorial, it was a lot of fun to watch!!
Thanks for show me how
I love the bow
I just purchased one, thank you!
Great video, this will be my next purchase!!! Tfs
*update, bought it. Love it!
Love it all thank you
What transfer paper do you recommend for shirts?
i just bought a cricut air 2, i don't want a huge cricut heat machine, so would it be okay if i used this for normal t shirts on the occasion i need to? looks like it works perfectly! and its small enough for me to store , thanks for the video!!!
I do most of my pressing with a 15 x 15 heat press. Pressure is a huge factor for keeping the HTV on the t-shirt, towel, hat, etc. Is this mini press going to be able to press the garment enough where you can see the fabric through the vinyl? Will it stay on? (I just received my mini today, haven't tried it out yet.) Thank you for your video!
yes just give it a little pressure
I love the way u articulate 👌
You mentioned a mini cushion for the pocket, you did not use for this project, but where did you get the cushion? Did you cut something that would fit if needed? Please advise.
I love my mini-press iron! It's been wonderful for little canvas bag decoupage and other smalls, plus I use it for large transfers on canvas bags and tea towels. I cover with parchment paper before ironing. Great little tool!
Love love love the nude nails color!!!
Thanks you❤️
What if we have a heat press heater? Can we just use that to iron on designs?
If you don't like it...don't buy it. Why are people compelled to be so negative. It confuses me.
Same OMG! 🤦🏻♀️
Hi, cricut newbie here! Do you recommend to always iron on multi-layer tranfers one layer at a time? I just bought my first cricut and I'm so excited to try a project.
How was your experience
Just got an easy press for Christmas- I’m curious what the clear sheet you have the design on is- trying to get everything I need- thanks!
Karissa Wright I believe the clear sheet you are referring to is the plastic carrier sheet. It is what the iron on vinyl comes on and it is what is left after you weed / remove the pieces of vinyl you aren’t using. I believe that is what she is putting on to also prevent ruining the layers that are already ironed on. I hope I answered correctly and that it made sense! I know how hard it is when you’re trying to figure it all out! Good luck! This is a great video, thank you!for all the info !
Can I use the Cricut mini on toddler tennis shoes using infusible ink sheets?
Thank you thank you thank you!!!
Really wanna start a phone case business! Would this be good for phone cases?
Does it damage after washing the towel?
What are you using for transfer tape??
so helpful; thank you : )
I just bought it, very nice..
How do you make the some of the design glittery? Also how do you get them printed out on plastic like that?
Hi can you make your own logos with this tool kit? Can logos go on synthetic leather?
I’m so sorry but I just can’t find the font you used for the bow. Can you please help me with this. Your a very talented teacher. Thanks so much for sharing your awesome ideas.
how do you make your transfer stickers? what kind of machine and software did you use?
Had to Google cheer bow… Had no idea what you were talking about! Cute!
Thank You!
Super helpful!
Is it possible to use this cricut press on a 'tube' i.e. rounded surface?
youre amazing, thank you so much!
Hi Crystal Ann, what is that pad you use under the heat press? Where can I get one?
Hi can this be used on silicon items? For example bibs?
I was wondering would this be very useful, since I already have the larger ones. Great ideas!!!
Karen Fuller Inwas thinking the same so in my craft groups the ladies walmart and joans have a smaller one have the price and better 😯
Cute! Would it work good to make pine cases for practice Orr would I need the bigger circuit?
I have not tested this but if you put it on the highest setting I bet so you would have to be careful not to shift
What is the app or where can I find the “manual setting” that you used to determine what heat setting to use and how long you need to use it for?
google "cricut heat guide"
Is an easy press necessary though.? Can i use a regular iron for the cricut heat press vinyl.? (Sorry for the ignorant question im just starting )
Hi from Myrtle Beach SC
I was wondering about the pressure and if u have to keep moving or firm press steady
Thank you! Is it better to pair with an IPad or an Android device? I need a new device and trying to decide between IPad or Android. Thanks for your time!
iPad hands down
Can you use this as a regular mini travel iron?
what do you use to peel the plastic and what is the plastic called?
Love it!
Question about the layers.....if you are ironing each layer for 25 sec, is it messing with the integrity of the layers?
I used to worry about that and would do 10 to 15 sec for each layer and then the final 25 for the last layer but I have never noticed a difference in durability or lasting from one way to the next hope this helps
Do you have to have a cricket in order to get the mini press
Thanks the video, I've just ordered one of these and I've no idea what I'm doing. If anyone can give me some advice and tips I'd appreciate as I'm starting with no knowledge.
Hi! not sure if you'll see this, but how long do the designs normally last after washes?
I have been doing this for over 10 years and it lasts a long time after a years of use you may see some cracks or pealing but it takes a long time
I'm new to this. Just so I understand, is this really just a mini iron that hooks up to a tablet? For some reason, I had been thinking that the patterns are first programed in the tablet and then the iron copies it onto the fabric. But seeing this video, it looks like you need the iron- ons, and this little machine just heats it?
Is it necessary to have the easypress mat?
Did you make your iron on prints? I need your advice... thanks!

Great tutorial. I just purchased the mini press for the canvas shoes and when I checked the cricut heat guide it says the mini press is not compatible with HTV glitter. What do you recommend? My daughter wants just glitter.
I would recommend med heat I think there is an issue with the heat settings as everything I chose this week gave me the same message and it didn't before on glitter
How long does it last and and what about when its washed will it come off
Where do you get the stickers from? Are you printing them out?
Can I also use infusible markers with the mini iron on toddler tennis shoes?
They say it does not work with infusible ink it may not get hot enough but I personally think it would work
Thanks i bought one & made 6 grams of wax ROCK ONNN!!!🤘🏾
Can you use this with rhinestones?
Can I use for iron patches
Hola, tienen igual intesidad de calor que una plancha casera?
Is this basically a little iron??
So it’s an iron ?
Do you need a circuit machine ? Or... I dont have a cricut or the money for one so im trying to find an alternative.. Would i have to have the circuit for print an cut first? This is more in my budget but didnt want to buy if i still need a circuit machine.
ok... so i found this website that sells cricut machines for like 70-80 dollars let me know if you'd like the link💜 i haven't purchased one yet but i've heard good reviews
you will need a cricut or die cutting machine to do super intricate patterns, but you could hand cut and layer different colors of heat transfer vinyl on your own.
This is an accessory. technically you can just buy heat transfer vinyl and the transfer sheets from your local craft shop. Then hand cut your shapes, and then use this product (easy press mini) to adhere your design to the material. you won't have such an easy time removing the top layer of clear from the pieces tho.
Love your videos! I just received the mini for a gift am anxious to use it, but nervous about not using parchment or Teflon on top. do you not just with the mini?
@@charplattner395 go ahead and use parchment paper on top when you iron anyways, it is just a good idea to keep the iron plate clean just in case :)
@@Miyahonsatrn can I get the link?
Fantastisch!
Can you use it on shoes to uncrease the creases
So how would I make the cricut images if I only purchase the mini
The plastic doesn't melt?
Do you like using design space on the iPad over a computer better?
Computer over iPad but I think its more preference of what device you use more I'm on my laptop more
I find that the program works better on ipad when it comes to uploading pics from the internet that you have to clean up. Otherwise they both work well
You mentioned 'glare' what is that to go over your design? Thx!
I love you stylus was curious where u got it !!??
are you taking about the Apple Pencil here is a link ;) amzn.to/2sDl8o1
beautiful
Hi there! Would you please let me know what brand of heat resistant tape you use? Thanks!!
I use both Cricut available at Michaels and this one from amazon amzn.to/30n0yap
Isn't it just a mini iron? Still trying to find the justification to get one.
Yes it's that small iron to grab for those small or hard to get to spots :)
The easy press gets alot hotter than the average iron. If you want to do small INFUSABLE ink projects it would be a must have over an average household iron.
I’m actually thinking of getting this to help me while I’m sewing
I have a standard iron but have been tired of it gettin TOO hot and running my projects
What is the clear material on top of the vinyls?
Do I can play with the settings even tho I don't have the machine jus the irons
can I use regular paper?
Hi Thank you for the tutorial. ! question. I tried to find the app that you use for know what temperature and time with the fabrics that we use. Can you tell me where i can find this app? Thanks in advance
What is the plastic that your peeling off
