The little eye thing is called aura and it’s just before your migraine. Suckssss. I use to get them/migraines and I believe mine were hormone related. Hope you can figure out the trigger!

omg so that’s what the aura is!! i get them very randomly but not normally, like once in a blue moon. Def need to tell my doc I jus had one. Ugh when they happen the migraine that follows is so bad!! thanks so much for the background 😂😩✨
