I was actually kinda impressed shade wise how good they both looked on you! But I agree with the statements especially towards the end.
This could be an amazing foundation, but with trash customer service & a nonexistent refund policy, it's a hard pass for me.

Skims tried to keep my money and not send me a top when I ordered from them. I got in touch with PayPal since I always/only go through them and they cancelled the order for me. Check with your card company! That “glitch” was not random. 👀
I had issue with the skkn makeup I ordered 4 products only received 3, asked if they could send me the product that was missing, they said they couldn’t send me the product but they would refund me the lipstick. I paid £19 for shipping so I said I’d prefer that they just sent me lipstick as if I ordered again I’d have to pay another £19 in shipping for something which is their fault because I didn’t pack it. I sent them pictures of the package and everything, I don’t understand why they couldn’t just send the lipstick that was missing ,really bad customer service take ages to reply and the makeup is crap.

The fact that they didn't take ownership of their screw up with the site glitch and won't refund you is disgusting. Very on brand for Kylie. PASS.

I accidentally ordered two lip kits in the same shade and contacted customer service right away to see if I could just order one they refused to update the order and not let me return it when I receive it….

Yea no, I would reach out to your credit card company or PayPal. I bet if you do a charge back she will cancel that duplicate order with a quickness.

I tried 2 shades. I got 2 shades wrong 😂. I gave up. Colormatch my foot. I HIGHLY reccomend getting it in an ulta trying on in person/swatching . To me its not worth 36 plus tax and shipping. The colors arent accurate to me.
On the double order alone, I wouldn’t order anything from Kylie. I do not like anything from Kylie cosmetics, and as you can see from the models way to 10 it goes from dark to darker no 10 in between I will never order anything from her.
