      @@RogerEssigArtist Thanks! I adjusted my 01
ML 320 the front torsion bar to 30 millimeters, I was thinking of lifting the rear springs with 1/12 inch spacers

I've just bought a W163 ML430. What's the legality of using spacer to raise the suspension in Australia? Reading government guidelines they seem to be saying no spacers, but I'm not sure in what capacity, or how they mean exactly, it seems like something that is very commonly done?'
Could you tell me how much lift you got at the back, using the King Springs and the 10mm spacer? I'm looking to get 40-50mm lift.

Just done the EGR shunt mod to my 270....what an amazing difference! Have you done yours? So much more power down low.

Impressive stuff gives me some confidence to try taking mine a little more off road. What is the best way to use the traction aid off road, from what i have read and seen online you need to make the wheels spin before the traction aids really make a difference

Also turn off the ESP system, and it'll work better.

So good. Any updates on the vehicle one year on? Thinking of doing same mods to mine.

Cool. So if you don‘t mind me asking, if you could start over would you have done anything differently? Seems to me you‘ve hit the sweet spot in terms of onroad/offroad capability and price? Slightly unsure about tyre brand, have heard those BFs are not the best on wet roads? Many thanks for sharing all this, it‘s been a great help & inspiration!

Currently happy with the balance of off-road/on-road ability. It's a bit higher in the rear, so i could 'index the spines' of the front torsion bar to make the merc more level. Tyres are great! No issues.

@@RogerEssigArtist Awesome, thanks! Might touch base again if I get stuck. Appreciate the quick response too! Would be sweet if you get time for an update vid showing roof rack, interior mods etc. Thanks again.
