Interesting to see not only Conrail but a lot of CSX trains running by. I am interested in modeling the the Reading Line during that time. Did Amtrak ever run on this line? How about other roads like the D&H?

Amtrak did not run on this line, There were D&H trains running to Philly at least in the early eighties coming down from Scranton to Allentown-Reading. The only Amtrak train (a special) I saw was on the Reading line to Philly, it came from Harrisburg ran in October 1983 see www.flickr.com/photos/136031402@N06/44173766752/in/album-72157670488418147/

Thank you for responding. What about Harrisburg line? No Amtrak?

No regular Amtrak on the Harrisburg line, I believe that a D&H train was running on the Harrisburgline to Potomac yard. I posted some slides from the Reading area in the 1980ies on Flickr: www.flickr.com/photos/136031402@N06/albums/72157670488418147/page2

@@ThomasEckhardt now that I think about it, I think all Amtrak runs on the Keystone Corridor. Again thank you for responding,
