Just play Arcade with no hero limits, like starilie said, it's exactly the same thing.
It also makes the quickplay worth playing. The amount of stacked Defense Heroes or Tanks is a true pain to deal with when you're trying to have a legitimate good time without the burden of skill ratings in Competitive. Since they separated the Arcade mode and Quickplay, anyone can go to the Arcade and Cheese an easy win while the Quickplay actually enforces at least some minor degree of team composition.
