You're sandwiching the foam between spandex and something else, what is the something else? also what stitch are you then using to attach the foam sandwich to the sock? Double straight stitch? Thankyou very much for these videos my gear making has improved considerably

so i used a canvas here but i have used a faux leather anything with a bit of stabiltiy.... and i used a zigzag for the pad to sock seam.
What's your sizing formula? Do you make them smaller than actual measurements to account for stretch?
