More thorough research is required on the battered sav. You could do a whole playlist on the topic. Where can you even buy a proper savaloy these days? The ones sold at some Coles stores, when you can find them, are just big frankfurts. We need to know a proper smallgoods savaloy supplier so they can be made at home.

Country of origin labelling is supposed to be mandatory in Australia. Especially since this island imports 75% of the seafood consumed here!
