Indeed たしかに. I lived in Japan and US and I can tell you by experience that the older population in Japan is healthier than the US.
What is the reason?

However, the mental health issues in Japan are problematic, especially among the youngs
@@gerafinali4384 I agree the World Health Organization provided its 2013 statistics on youth mental health and Japan, USA, S. Korea to mention a few are in the list of countries actively seeking resources and assistance for our global youth. Check out the article at every Health Flobal organization titled “Mental Health of adolescents”.
@@gerafinali4384 my answered to longevity was based on the reported statistics from the global population Bureau and lived experience in Japan. Japan is at 28% followed by Italy at 23%.

Great points. It would be great to provide some references supporting the statements: randomized controlled trials. Some people need that in order to accept the statements.
I’m curious to know why the work of the Blue Zones project was not mentioned. They have been doing global longevity studies and supporting local Blue Zone programs all throughout the US for a long time.
