This method is wastage of time. I make crispy fries in 5 minutes without all that steps.

Sprinkle two pinches of salt over cut pieces of potatato, then coat then randomly with cornflour and put them in oil ( medium hot) And fry them at high heat for 3 to 5 min. That sittt...

Tareef karne me apka kuch ghat toh nhi jayega I think... Whether you like her way or not but at least don't say anything you make French fries in 5 mins..
