I think if u do 15-30 min vocal warmups everyday it will help. I just start doing these and the ones I feel help me are lip trills, humming❗️, tongue twisters 5-10 mins❗️‼️, Yawn-Sigh, Sirens 🚨 - ooh" or "ahh ‼️, Lip and Facial Exercises, Breath Control Exercises - "ssss" or "shhhh." , gargling water❗️, and humming out of a straw‼️, then finish with a speech❕. It can take a toll on the vocals so maybe 10-15 mins a day. But yea didn’t want to gate keep.
