- The power of duaa can't be overstated. The profound supplication Musa (AS) made at one of the weakest moments of his life is an inspiring example of this, as Ustadh Nouman Ali Khan reminds us in this khutbah.
After growing up in Pharaoh’s court, Musa suddenly finds himself a fugitive from the law and roams the desert until he reaches Madian. Desperate, he asks his creator for help and vows to take anything He provides. But that's not all. He also hopes for forgiveness for the sin he committed by doing as much good as he can in the world. At that very moment the entire course of his life changes.
The lesson learnt is that we must understand the way duaa works and know that the sincerity of our duaa is measured according to how far we accept what Allah provides with gratitude, no matter how little it seems, and to always help others more desperate than us.
This brother took my depression away because of his lectures..may allah grant him highest rank in jannah...mashaallah

Haqim Al-Arabia I guess he/she has done it but it isn’t accepted so maybe that’s why he commented this . prayers are accepted if we pray for someone else. You never know whose prayer allah accept . And you’re no one to say that. That’s just demotivating someone.
I Am gonna use this approach to Duaa, and make a Duaa ( instead of kidnapping him ) that may he come to our mosque and give khutbas. :)

This khutbah is truely beautiful! ... SubhanAllah. Your explanation is crystal clear in both genders' positions and I do not think that it will be out of place in our time at all because the dua is stated in the Quran and beautifully explained!
I wonder whether I can make the same dua but tweek it slightly because I'm in need of a companion that will be able to teach me Quranic Arabic? InsyaAllah.

Subhan Allah. I jus want to make one advice. Jus don't try to read all the text coming on screen to understand what he is saying because many a times autocorrection make it altogether different and somewhat weird. Let's try to listen it as much as possible to avoid any confusion.
