He then had ptsd and fear of The chitori army. While Bats had and had a fear of losing the ones he loves, batman lost his parents and blames himself for it. Both of them feel that they are weak. And hence, the develop strengths. Tony's ptsd could have been cured when he wins the battle against thanos, while Bats doesn't have fear really, its a mix of guilt and fear. Guilt because he wanted to leave the theater early, which caused the death of his parents, and fear that this could happen to someone else again. But batman still has lots of untreated problems. While tony doesn't have that many. That's why they both are paranoid and think of plans.
Tbh I think tony would win is you include just one armor from the comics. What armor you ask. The Symbiotic armor is what armor. It’s has some good level ability’s such as nullifying physical and energy attacks. So with this armor he would be able to take on any avenger or enemies. But that’s just my thoughts.
