Wishing you both all the best. As a newish stitcher and cancer survivor in my 70s, I appreciated your wisdom, experience, and the respect you have for each other. So often you just made me feel like I was among friends. Julie, I love your sense of humor, there is power in the ability to laugh at life. Jane, your courage and optimism give me hope. Your words give me strength. I hope you don’t mind that I have made them my favorite quote.
“Always remember to give yourself one more day. Just one more. If what you are carrying today seems too heavy for you, put it down for today. Tomorrow it either may not seem as heavy or it may not be yours to carry. So whatever it is that’s heavy on your heart today put it down, just put it down for today and then give yourself another day and then another one after that and another one after that. If I can do it you can do it too.”
You two always make me laugh! No matter how my day goes I know by the end of your Flosstube you lift my spirit.
Don't think that you two have to have a bunch of stitching to show us, we are all here for you two. To listen to your adventures, your contagious laughs and warm smiles and love that comes bursting thru! We love you both to the moon and back so come back often if for no other reason than an excuse to have lunch !! Hugs girls !

Thanks for the smiles. Jane - I, too, have a laundry & mail obsessed husband. He started doing laundry 3 years ago when I had several surgeries. Now we only really need 2 sets of clothing, since he washes as soon as clothes hit the basket! And the all important trek to the mailbox to gather the bills I’ll never understand. The dishes could spill out of the sink, apparently he’s allergic to the dishwasher. When I finally load the dishwasher one-handed (another recent surgery) he’ll say, “Do you need help with that?” 45 years married.
Is your husband named George? You described husband to a T. Mine started doing laundry two weeks after we got married(35 years), apparently I don’t know how to load the washer! and he was a letter carrier for 40 years😵💫

An FYI, when you use your bundt pan again, butter the inside super good and then sift flour all over the butter. Your cakes will come out glorious and all will be jealous of your wicked mad cake making skills. I also just wanted to say how classy you both are. Let’s just say that the past few weeks have been, well, not so charming following a nasty fall on uneven sidewalks. After a month of recovery I am still dealing with nerve damage (my scalp is still numb)….giving me a new appreciation for the word numbskull. But then I saw you two charmers had posted a new Flosstube, and I just looked so forward to watching it. Thanks so much not only for sharing your stitching, but for keeping it real.
I was so sad to hear yesterday that you all will not be making videos. I have so enjoyed all your videos and have actually learned a lot from you. I know that life does get in the was but I hope that at some time in the future you will be back! Julie I hope your hand surgery goes well and Jane I hope your health is still improving. Thank you for all the wonderful hours I have spent with you!

I want you to know how much I enjoy your videos. I discovered you when I had covid in Nov. I too have back, walking and standing issues that keep me house bound. 3 years ago I had a surgery that completely changed my life and not for the better. I stitch and sew blocks for a charity group. CZcams keeps me company most of the day. Keep up the good work.

Im always excited when you put out a new video. I love all the small Shepherds Bush sheep kits. I have got like 8 to do! I can't do specialty stitches at all. You both are such talented stitchers and a real joy to visit with.

Jane- I love Those Missing Stitches Fabric! I'm lucky that she is part of our stitching group that meets once a month. It's wonderful to have fabric to see & feel but I seem to purchase another piece every month!
Julie- I recently stitched the same Red Small pattern! I stitched it on 25-count Lugana one over one. It turned out so cute!

I do the same thing Jane! Put floss tube on at night with a low volume and nap off and on. Have to go back often to see what I missed! Love your videos and don’t sleep through them!
Jane, your Shepherd's Bush projects are stunning. I simply love their designs. I stitched "Noah's Ark" in 1997. My passion is all things embroidery so I was blessed to do the specialty stitches. You are the first stitcher in a long time that made my heart sing🪡🧵🪡 Julie, congratulations on 44 years of marriage. That's a wonderful accomplishment. I pray you are blessed with many more 💞My 44 is in October 2024.
