- Hey everyone, welcome to the next episode of my Legendary Items guide where we will be looking at where everything drops, and who you need to kill as well as what the item itself does. Today we are looking at a Legendary O2 Kit the "3DDI.E" and the Legendary Pistol the "Blowfly".

There is a faster way to get to them. Fast travel to the launching station exit to veins of helious. and drop down off the ledge and there will be a jump pad go on the jump pad you will see a door with a green button go in and that will take you to eghood and CL4P-L3K. It only takes about 20-35 seconds to get to them so its a lot faster then the way Bahroo did. Please like this comment if this helped so more people can see this.

Bahroooooooo! What's the white-rarity laser that you have? Either you talked about it and I didn't see the video, or you're keeping it a secret. If you did why would you keep it a secret? And why did it have red text every time someone scrolled over it?
but i just wanna point out the quest reward for killing the bot is another amazing Oz kit, and you should check it out at the very least

hacks there is like a 1 in 2000 chance that you would have got both legendarys in the same run also there is a faster way to get to them fast travel to the launching station exit to veins of helious and you drop down and there will be a jump pad if you go on the jump pad you will see a door with a button and that is where they are it only takes about 20-35 seconds to get to them so its alot faster then the way you did
So the 3DDI.E and the Blowfly seem to be referencing Fallout New Vegas, with ED-E the friendly eyebot, and Bloatflies, the hostile radioactive giant flies.

Admiral Bahroo IT's a very British drama or something, I used to watch it until the newer episodes were just... terrible.
Seriously... I saw it once whilst on holiday a couple of years ago and it was just terrible... the acting is good, the story is just boring and repetitive, and the darleks are the most iconic foe in that show.

SHORTER ROUTE:
Zone in from the Lunar Station Launch Station.
The initial walk may be longer, but when you save and quit and restart after the first kill.
You will start on the other side from Veins of Helios.
Then you only have to take one Jump Pad and you are at maintenance.
When traveling to the "green room" its actually faster to fast travel to the lunar launching station, then going backwards.
CL4P-L3K also spawns where you originally build him, so you can farm him twice per run.
I actually found the 3DDI.E in an ammo machine in the Hyperion Hub of Heroism. It was the Item of the Day.
Just a note guys, you can kill the robot and still farm him, he respawns now. Also, it's much faster to farm this from the eye of helios location than from Jack's office: Leave the eye, jump on the two jump pads towards the appropriate area, and you're there. You can avoid all the mobs except maybe the plane.
faster route: exit from the lunar launch station and drop down to the green jump pad below
next take it and travel through the pipes on the right of the location you landed
you will be exactly near Lazlo and it's a much faster and time efficient route
Mind blowing luck. Followed your guide to set up the farm in TVHM, came back on completing the quest to start the run - somehow CL4P-L3K spawned TWICE on the same run (first in the room leading to the quarantine area, then again where I'd left him) and BOTH TIMES dropped the Oz-kit.... And the Blowfly dropped first time, too. Didn't even think it was possible.
6:06 I just realized that this Robot is a Dalek easter egg from doctor who xD
u know the ghost mission so the code for the door pickle gives you is a refrence to when the first ghost busters movie came out

3 years later, but you can go to Lunar Launching Station fast travel and go back to where you enter LLS for the first time, then go through the door to the Veins of Helios, and you can farm from there as it's a lot closer, and you can kill 2 ClapLeks on the way.

My husband and I play Borderlands every day and we are now on our second play through on TPS as well as the claptastic voyage DLC. We played BL2 4 times trough and BL1 once. Keep up the great work!!!! :-)

I'm still trying to get the 3DD1E, but managed to get the Blowfly twice in a row, just one being level 20 and one being level 21, and they were slightly different in name and specs. Most successful legendary farming I've ever had!
I'm playing the Switch version. Not sure if this applies for all versions, but I destroyed CL4P-L3K in the mission and I was still able to farm for the 3DDI.E after. 👍
Instead of entering from the from of the map, you can go to the Lunar Launching Station and hope onto the jump pad. From their land on the tunnel and jump onto the building that it leads to. From there you just need to walk across the buildings and you can farm them a little quicker without fighting a lot of guys.
3DDI.E is possibly my favorite Oz Kit. Helps massively with keeping characters alive during boss fights. I got a blowfly and an 3DDI.E from Eos.
In the Eradicate mission the Claptrap like robot is also an Easter egg for Doctor Who. It looks like a Dalek, a creature from the show, who says "Exterminate" instead of "Eradicate"
Fun fact: If you do not kill it, 2 will spawn instead. This is only possible because gearbox messed up when they "fixed" the non respawning bosses. There is also a way faster way to get there btw.
I just got this today(oz kit 3DDI.E) and i was thrilled about it and all being a really good item (because it fixes your shield occasionally but in my case it fixed it constantly...) BUT idk about you guys but it glitched for me a few times when i used it with my athena. I was about the fight the raid boss and i had this oz kit and my shooting star equipped and then i realized that, my shield's recharge delay was basically non-existant. I threw grenades on the ground to try and deplete my shield so i could use the roid damage but my shield just went back to full capacity after a while. Every time i would get hit, my shield would regenerate immediately. This didn't mean that i wouldn't go to FFYL, when i take big damage it would break through my shield for a millisecond and hit my health bar. It would not go away until i saved and quit, changing oz kits didn't help at all. It was fun but not on my athena :/

if so clap trap has a skill that recharges all shields in the party at an increased rate...

YEsss. 3DD1.E is my favourite oz kit in the game, it always drops little care packages. It's awesome.
Don't toss the Fridgia which is the reward you get for finishing the first lazlo quest. it's one of the best guns in the game.
Since the Doppleganger patch you can grind Oz kits and grenade mods. I put in 3 level 50 legendary Oz kits (Ack Ack) and got my level 50 3DDI.E.
Thought I'd upgrade the level 37 3DDI.E I found in a vending machine to a level 50. Was hoping for a guaranteed drop after all those missions and running around. So much for hope. Back to the grind...
i tried this today and i found out that besides spawning in the room shown in the video, CL4P-L3K also spawns in the room you create him so you could potentially farm the 3DDI.E oz kit twice

I don't have the blowfly (not really a fan of corrosive weapons in this game anyway), but I have a couple of 3DDI.E's though. In my experience, they're one of the more common legendary items to appear in Vendors, simply because there aren't that many Legendary Oz Kits or Grenade mods. I've had a lot of luck with Legendary gear in the Ammo vendors in Concordia. Those that don't want to do all this to get this Oz kit would probably have decent enough luck farming the vendors at Concordia (and maybe a couple of other places during your run, like Elseer),
Not sure if the Blowfly appears in vendors though.
I don't know if people suggested this, but to make it easy just go to Lunar Launching Station then travel to Veins of Helios so it will be a easy run for the two legendarys.
I found a way to shorten your path in getting th the two enemies and to spawn at a closer location. You just go to the lunar launching station and backtrack to the veins. Makes this go significantly faster
I just got the 3DD1.E 2 times in a row also there is an easier way to get there afterwards. You can go from lunar launch station to the veins of Helios and then just save and quit you'll start at that transition. MUCH faster

The Blowfly makes very quick work of the RK5 boss. Completely worth it.
So i did this all with my elemental Athena, was kind of quick thing. Only thing which is annoying is that i farmed them both 20 times and got not a single legendary from them (in normal not in tvhm mode). I was so mad that i left to go to Concordia and checked the vendors there, where i found the 3DDI.E Oz Kit :D At least i got this one (cause this was the one I was looking for) ;)
Bahroo, Meg the Thresher from Nakyama's quest Kill Meg, drops a legendary Dahl SMG called "The Torrent" just thought you wanted to know for anlther guide
A little glitch that i found, if you don't take the bot to the room and than you for right away, you run to the room without the bot. Than kill egghood and seal the door. You can do the farm rout with two bots spawned.
Actually you always could even if you do lock the bot in the room, 2 will still spawn for whatever reason
the cranial interface has to be info on the interfacer coming back. Because the "interfacer" and "interface" and "cranial" and how the interfacer's red flavor text is "Because it enters your face! GET IT? IT ENTERS YOUR FACE!!!"
Could you go over the mechanics of the items a little bit more in these videos? I scored the eddie in a vending machine last night. I am still not sure what its doing and when... I just know I basically haven't died since I equipped it. I would love to here your in depth discussion of how they work and the best strats to use them.
I was lucky enough to find the 3DDI.E Oz kit in a vending machine xD So happy. Luck is never on my side in games haha.
Note that the 3DD1.E's laser damage boost is currently broken and doesnt actually boost your laser damage.
I actually prefer the unique Oz Kit you get from the quest for killing the bot over the legendary one. It's called Systems Purge.
You can kill the robot two times if you press the button where you first spawned it then go to the area to kill the guy and the robot again
at the start I was like : SPEND YOUR SKILL POINTS ER MER GERD

That robot is a reference to the daleks from doctor ho his, name is Clap Lek

You always show how to get Legendaries, but never how they work!
For the Blowfly see the Hornet in BL2, just remember less than 1% of enemies are vulnerable to it
For Eddie he'd mentioned its effects before, laser damage and drops ammo pickups from time to time, otherwise pretty standard
But yes these guides could have more about the weapon in them
OoMNagent Eddie also has chance to randomly heal and give shields back to its user. It says its very protective of its owner. It's one of the best Oz kits in the game and its a unique legendary so I would not describe it as standard seeing how no other Oz kit in the game can heal you in combat...
OoMNagent Also any enemy that is armored and takes corrosive damage is vulnerable to the hornet.. have you played borderlands before? Im just saying...
***** Yes but have you seen how many armoured enemies there are in TPS? Turrets (mostly story only), Jetfighters, Powersuits, RK5, some guardians and the odd One-Off mini boss. Compare this to shock, which is effective everywhere and nothing resists it (except that one Sentinal Phase)

Guys here's an easier way to farm Eddie the legendary O2 kit, the ammo machine beside the grinder always most the times for whatever reason always has the Eddie in it I've gotten 3 freaking easy eddies out of this so look in it and keep save and exiting. Simple ;)
That's just random luck. FYI your random luck doesn't equal other players' luck.
I got the eddie from the grinder. :) First go from putting 3 purple o2 kits in it.
Could this be a Fallout New Vegas thing? Like Eddie ad your companion and then the bloat fly like they one in Fallout New Vegas? Just a guess

Jordan Pacheco I'm almost certain it is. EDDIE is like a companion in this, it drops you little health packages. The text even says very protective of its owner xD

Congrats on over 100k subs :D it's amazing how much of a personality you've grown now than like Spring of 2013. Keep it up to 250k :)
Don't forget one of the side quests that gives Freezing Fridgia, as it is useful in mid range.
I normally dont get much when I farm enemies (cause awful luck) but I got lucky here when on my 8th run I got 3DD1.E and the Blowfly one after the other. I only killed the guy cause he was in my way. It was happy days!
You don't have to take the long route, you can just enter from the moonshot area and its much shorter
The claptrap-dalek is cute. :) Anyway... this is another series of infinite fights. If you want to farm moonstones, and build up your weapon Challenges, just don't turn in to Lazlo. Just keep shooting the never-ending waves of Rats.
There is 2 CL4p-L3Ks in the run if you trap it. Better start in the Lunar Launching Station then the Veins.
Could you please make a list of enemies you can only kill one time(and drop a legendary/unique) and with which quest they are connected?
I actually got a tactical blowfly from an orange weapons coffin I unlocked in the room that you get the AI chick Skipper from.
Holy shit 2 unique weapons and 1 legendary pistol I say hell yes is worth my time!
I found one of these in a vendor. I was so physched, but then realized I only had 1:20sec to get 63,000 dollars. I had to sell every bit of loot I had to get it. I was in Concordia, so there was no missions to earn money to get some of my loot back. I was so mad but so happy that I actually got a legendary in a vendor. I fast traveled and last all of my loot and gear. sad day
I got the blowfly from a vendor and it was pretty spectacular with the 7 round burst :3
and when they fixed enemies not respawning in the pre sequel you could kill claplek and still farm him. OR you could contain him amd when your farming 2 clapleks will spawn... gearbox fixes one thing and breaks another in the process
you can enter through the back of veins of helios to have a much (much much much much) quicker farming route
Got the Blowfly from the grinder, and the 3DDI.E from the robot after choosing to kill him for the quest.

dat clappy is a doctor easter egg i dont know if it was intentional although the thing they are refrencing are the Darleks BTW eradicate is i am guessing a hint at this because the Darleks constantly say exterminate like if u watch doctor who and actually understand this :)

Actually if you kill the bot you can still farm him, you just have to go to the place where you assembled him.
I farmed for the Blowfly and once I finally got it, I had 4 Eddie's. Would of been less since this was only level 20
i'd have to say the one with "breath of fresh air" is the best oz kit, i haven't seen any with a higher o2 rate then it

i got the 3DDI.E from a vendor ironically enough i went to sell some stuff to get the logan gun in the machine next to it by the time i got enough money it was gone from item of the day went to vendor next to it and saw the EDDI.E laughed hysterically then bought it still love it

Note, if you have Claptrap's Cryo Slam then you can't progress through Lazlo's mission
Dude with redbellt after you defeat then midget scavs keep respawning giving you a shot for moon stones and xp
Funny enough, I just grinded 3 legendary class mods & out came that o2 kit. I was like "oh, a Hyperion o2 kit." I had no idea it is this hard to get.

I got the 3DDIE at level 50 on PS3 from the vending machine in Research and Development.
Did you do the whole commentary in one take? If so, that was impressive.
You can also get those items through the vendors but it's super rare
Or just keep reloading the nexus until the shop sells you the Eddie. And the blow fly drops from the secret giant kraggon mini boss inside the volcano on that first elpis map.

Hey Bahroo , I just got a legendary from Sntinel (raid boss) and it is the Black Hole ... yeah I know is not really usefull but is a legendary :D
Dude i was farming these two and there were TWO of those robot things.One was outside of the green blob room and the other was in the green blob room.
I found out where to get a legendary oz kit it's called the oxidizer and can be found off the rooster booster on the grinder mission. I assume it's a one time encounter. Sorry bruv.

One in the same airlock as Eghood, THE SECOND BEING IN AIRLOCK 4
Thought it would be a lot easier to farm for the moonlight saga in R&D a few times then grind for an 3ddi.e due to how close it is to the door compared to going through Veins of Helios
