This mini version caramel Huat Kueh has a nice caramel fragrance and a rich taste of coconut milk. It is soft, fluffy and so cute. It's easy to make with just few ingredients. All we have to do is simply mix all the ingredients and steam.😊
Ingredients:
1) Sugar 100g
2) Hot water 115g
3) Self Raising flour 100g
4) Cornstarch 1/2 Tbsp
5) Coconut milk 75g
6) Pandan leaves
