we can't deny that he's really fit for this team unlike in the nets
Watching these and OKC highlights really reminds me that as good as Durant has been since coming off his Achilles tear, his athleticism has really diminished. Prior to his injury this dude could attack the rim at will and due to his length could dunk on almost anyone. These past two seasons, he barely attacks the rim, and when he does, he doesn't seem to have the same lift as before.
Yea I’ve noticed it too he relies a lot more on his shot creation and shooting ability since he came to Brooklyn rather than taking defenders off the dribble and dunking at will
He did have an Achilles injury, you lose explosivenes, it’s expected.
Not for the 21-22 season I thought the same thing he was just getting his legs under him. This past season dude was dunking on ppl, attacking the rim and running the floor for blocks

And then for good measure, the Warriors detractors say "By the way, the 2015 championship only happened because 2 of the top 3 Cavs missed all or most of the Finals".
Okay, well, fine. In that case, KD joined a 2nd place team, full stop. That's what he did. He joined a team that wasn't good enough to beat a healthy Cavs team, and he turned them into back-to-back champions.
The detractors have to pick a side, they don't get it both ways. 73 can't "not mean a thing without the ring" in one breath and then suddenly be brought up when it's time to pile on KD. No, KD joined a 2nd-place team that couldn't get it done, and then got it done.
And "that you just lost to in the playoffs" is a braindead non-issue. The Warriors and Thunder had no rivalry history. It's not like if Jordan joined the Pistons or something. The Thunder weren't even supposed to beat the Spurs. But it's not somehow worse that before going to the Warriors KD's Thunder won an additional series and lost to the Warriors instead of losing to the Spurs. That's not even a thing. It's just a non-point one whiner brought up and then other whiners latched on to.
As a basketball fan it’s hard not to appreciate how good this team was. Though I’m glad he not with GSW now cuz there was zero competition.

Say what you will but this decision was huge for the player empowerment movement. Not as huge as "the decision" but still pretty massive
KD is such a talented and skilled man, he is very good at dribbling and what makes him special ks if your so tall it'd difficult to dribble and if you so tall it'd be also dfficult to shoot and KD can defend, shoot, handle the ball very well, rebound, assist, dunk, crossover, guard etc. despite being 7'2.
lately I'm getting a lot of videos of durant in the Warriors. I know it's just a memory but, I would like Durant to come back after these finals.

Nets big 3 have played 5 games together and are 4-1 only losing the first game together in double ot. Their chemistry is fine but their interior defense is weak.
Um the nets legit woulda prolly lossed like 2 maybe 3 games throughout the entire playoffs when they barely even played together throughout the regular season.
