looks like an amazing course. Pretty impressive that you can go from living at 1100 feet elevation in Phoenix all the way to the top of this run at 11,000 feet and not experience serious altitude sickness problems. Me, I have to spend a couple or three days at 7000 feet before heading up to 10 or 11.

doing the pikes peak marathon this year and i know the ascent is a part of the golden trail series. I wasn't aware of this particular race but it looks epic!!
The snow-less ski/board features look oil refinery-ish when not under 3 feet of powder. I live a few miles from the trail and didn't even know of it's existence so thanks for the scouting tip and have fun at the event!
Yeah, I've noticed from a few of Jamil's videos that ski runs look a whole lot less magical without snow.
