    I've been having trouble with my plantar fascitis pain; my foot was so painful, I wanted to throw out every pair of shoes I owned.
    I tried your method, and, I felt instant relief, and, in about a week, it's way better; my pain went from 10 to a 2.

    I used to do this almost everyday with Sports tape and it helped a lot. I did have to figure out how tight/lose I needed for just the right amount of support. It did take practice. Great video. Thanks for such a clear explanation. I was able to share it with others to help them out. 🙏🏽😃

    I do mma and have weak arches in my feet and am always bear foot while working out hoping this tape is gonna stick well while sweating

      Tough to get it to stick during athletics. Sometimes I use a strap around the foot and/or kinesiotape, then this taping method afterward to unload the tissue. All depends on the circumstance.

      @@SamVisnic the tape feels amazing if have been doing it a month and it has improved my performance didn’t realize how many moments I was doing wrong because of pain. I have been taping and then using like and ankle support sock without the sole in it from cvs and those 2 things together keep the tape in place. Thank you!

    How many times we need to tape it?
    Daily basis or weekly basis?
    How much time it needs to be retained?

      This is a tough question to answer in general. Depends on the case, and especially how its tolerated. The biggest issue is avoiding blisters from the tape. Some people can tolerate it daily IF they don't have to move around a lot and its applied with the right amount of tension (not too much). When I use it, the goal is temporary for reduction in a flare up, then reduce usage as other therapies start to help more.

    Would a compression sock do the same thing?

      No. The tape will unload the arch. A compression sock has no where near the same support.

      General athletic tape will work. I use Hampton Adams.
