why do you break off half the balloon why not just blow it up halfway

There are always different ways to do everything. I learnt long time ago to save a penny on everything I do. So, I reuse any unused parts of broken balloons in new sculptures. I can reuse the unused half of that orange balloon to make noses, hands and such (which take a bubble or two) for many sculptures instead of using every time a new balloon.
