Having personally built this boat I can truly say this is one of the boats I am extreamly proud to have had a hand in the making of. The 78 was good and a pleasure to have worked on but the 6800 is just absolutely stunning combining the best parts of every boat we build here at riviera.
Hi, I met some of the apprentices from Riviera who worked on the 6800 SY too, great young people they were….. I’ll be posting my walkthrough of the 78 soon…. Both very impressive.

I went aboard this boat after the media crew did their thing. Very nice, but I don't like the idea of having a skipper on a sports yacht. No privacy. Too big for my needs, but as usual Riviera nailed it. Great quality. I found the third cabin disappointing. It was clearly to accommodate very small children especially on the top bunk. For a 68 footer, one would expect four cabins taking two adults in each. Well done Riv. I prefer the 5400 platinum and the 585 SUV.
Hey John great to hear your thoughts, I’m with you I’d want you to skipper this one myself so I’d be using the optional crew cabin as a utility room.
I did a walkthrough of tre 78 Motor Yacht, the 585 SUV and the 54 Belize Daybridge…. all really nice in their own right 😊 - Scott

Hi David, yes perhaps that needs a rethink or a return so the footprint of the master heads starts after the end of that wardrobe….i reckon the owners will give Riviera their feedback for sure. Great hearing your thoughts 😊👍 - Scott

Hi, one of the Riviera reps said as it was on display about $5.5m AUD, I think that’s about $3.65m US….but don’t quote me on that 😊 - shall we order one each?
