#TheChiefs | Former National Security Adviser Clarita Carlos says the seven-year-old ruling of the Permanent Court of Arbitration recognizing the Philippines’ rights over the West Philippine Sea was just a piece of paper. She also suggests that the country should shift to ‘low politics’ as a way to resolve the territorial dispute with other claimants, particularly China.

Ang panalo lng is sinabi n wla basehan ang 9 dash line ng China. Pero Hindi rin sinabi sa ruling n tiritoryo ng Pinas ang WPS. Mag basa kase! Kya tau naninindigan dhil binabase ntin sa UNCLOS ung claim ntin n merun tau exclusive economic rights but not to own it or become our territory.
